The problem

The approach
Staff-side appointments and patient records with photos and report uploads, automatic fee rules for new versus returning patients, day-end cash tally, PIN-approved discount audit, doctor revenue-share payouts, duplicate-patient detection — plus a plain booking link patients open without downloading anything.
