The problem
Incoming work was tracked through photos in group chats and a paper register, so nobody could say where a lot was, what stage it had cleared, or what it had cost.
The approach
Drivers record only the pickup from their phone; the inward number is generated at the plant once a supervisor verifies the load against what was actually collected. From that point one number carries every photo, dimension and stage through to dispatch, with colour batching so every lot needing the same shade finishes the same day.
What shipped
- Built as an owned system on the client's own infrastructure — no licensing, no subscription, full data ownership
- Party names and designs stay inside the client's own systems rather than a vendor cloud
